To access your account through New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM), you will need your User ID and Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you have never been to NYLIM’s website, click on the link above to go to the login screen on NYLIM’s website, then click on "Establish User ID and PIN" and follow the prompts on the screen.
If you have already established a User ID and PIN, but don’t remember them, please contact NYLIM at 1-800-294-3575. It is an automated response system, available 24/7. Between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST Monday-Friday, you may hit the ‘#’ key when asked for your User ID (you may need to do that 2 or 3 times), and you will be connected to a live representative who can assist you.
